حرصًا على سلامتكم وصحتكم العامة، وطبقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة والنظافة، فإن جميع منتجات الملابس الداخلية وملابس النوم المباعة لدى Liloria غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد الشراء.

1. لا نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال أي من منتجات الملابس الداخلية أو ملابس النوم بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، وذلك لأسباب صحية.

2. يمكنكم فحص المنتج عند الاستلام مع مندوب التوصيل فقط.

3. في حال وجود أي عيب مصنعي، يمكنكم إعادة المنتج مباشرة إلى المندوب أثناء التسليم، دون الحاجة إلى تقديم أي توضيح.

4. بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي طلبات إرجاع أو استبدال تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

At Liloria, your safety and well-being are our top priority. In compliance with the highest hygiene and health standards, all lingerie and sleepwear products sold by Liloria are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase.

1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any lingerie or sleepwear products after the purchase has been completed, for hygiene and health reasons.

2. You may inspect the product upon delivery with the delivery representative only.

3. In case of any manufacturing defect, you may return the product directly to the delivery representative during delivery, without the need to provide any explanation.

4. Once the delivery representative has left, no return or exchange requests can be accepted under any circumstances.
